PAC EVO HD has been developed with a special layout that perfectly adapts to the tire and rim section, allowing for easier installation and improved performance.
This innovative insert, which complements the PAC EVO range, is specific for ENDURO/EBIKE/DH disciplines within the following size range:
• 29" x 2.4 - 2.6 (rim width 25-35)
• 27.5" x 2.4 -2.6 (rim width 25-35)
PAC EVO HD, the successor to the PAC1 range, introduces several advantages:
• WEIGHT REDUCTION: (29" 140g / 27.5" 130g). Thanks to the specific design, we have managed to optimize the section, removing unnecessary volume and weight, leaving more space for air to improve the ride feeling.
• BETTER ROLLING RESISTANCE: Thanks to the new design and the superelastic material of which it is composed, we have improved the rolling resistance of the wheel system, both on asphalt and in more challenging sessions.
• IMPROVED IMPACT ABSORPTION: The material of which PAC EVO HD is composed has been specially developed to make this product extremely elastic and resistant to impacts, allowing the tire to function like a real suspension and compress throughout its travel, making the bike's handling more natural and predictable, to increase the feeling of riding even in the most challenging rocky sessions.
• TOTAL SEALANT IMPERMEABILITY: Thanks to the new production process, the surface of the closed-cell insert is shielded by a completely water-repellent skin, which does not allow any type of sealant to be absorbed.
• BETTER ROLLING RESISTANCE IN RUNFLAT: Thanks to the superelastic material, in case of puncture, this product is able to offer better rolling resistance by introducing lower levels of hysteresis, as well as good impact protection.
• SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION: Also thanks to the new shape and its elasticity, PAC EVO HD is much easier to install, even on tires and rims at the lower limit of the range for which this product is designed:
